Bathe with crystals

What do you do to take care of yourself? Here is a suggestion that will give you peace of mind and good sleep. It is really lovely to take a relaxing bath and finish with a chakra balancing. You really have to try it.

Here's what you can think about:

🧙‍♀️ All quartz and hard stones are fine to use in the bath.
🧙‍♀️ Do not bathe with selenite, malachite, pyrite, chrysocolla, opal, turquoise, fluorite or other stones that are soft. try splashing some water on a stone if you are unsure. If the surface changes, do not take it into the water

🧙‍♀️ Feel free to pour in sea salt or mineral salt for spiritual cleansing of both you and the crystals.

🧙‍♀️ Add some essential oil (e.g. 8-10 drops of lavender or rose), mix it up with cream or coconut oil before so that it mixes well in the water.

🧙‍♀️ Do a chakra balancing in bed afterwards when you are warm and open in energy. Be naked so you can place the crystals directly on the skin.
