Crystal water
A good way to absorb the energy of the stones is to create a crystal water. Use the stone for the energy or chakra you want to work with extra.
Feel free to create an affirmation for the energy you want to affirm. An affirmation is a positive expression that describes and gives you the feeling that you are already where you want to be. For example, “I feel peace and contentment in my heart.”
For a spring boost, perhaps "I feel the power of spring within me" is a suitable affirmation. Or something more specific for you?
Place the stone or stones in water overnight and drink the water in the morning while focusing on the current chakra or the affirmation you created. At the same time, say the affirmation out loud or silently to yourself.
Suitable stones are any quartz or crystals with more than 6 on the Mohs hardness scale:
